Beautiful self-catering cottages and bed and breakfast rooms: Nestled in the heart of the countryside, these accommodations provided a tranquil and picturesque setting for our stay.
Coffee machine without coffee pods: It had a coffee machine but no coffee pods, making it a minor inconvenience for caffeine-addicted guests like us.

The Old Mill Barn in Chipping Campden was absolutely stunning! The moment we stepped inside, we were greeted with cozy charm and a warm, welcoming atmosphere. The rooms were beautifully decorated with a touch of traditional countryside style, making us feel right at home. As a family with kids, we loved the spaciousness and comfortable amenities provided. It truly was a perfect place to relax and unwind after exploring the breathtaking scenery and attractions nearby.
Personally, I found the bathtub a bit small for my liking, but I understand that others may still enjoy it.

The hotel's decoration was absolutely charming, filled with beautiful antiques and cozy furnishings that made me feel right at home. The general areas, especially the lounge upstairs, were so comfortable and snug. It was the perfect place to relax and unwind after a long day of exploring Chipping Campden. As a senior woman, I truly appreciated the hotel's accessibility. The layout was well-designed, making it easy for me to navigate around the premises without any trouble.
The only thing I would ask for a better vacation for senior people is if they could provide a few coffee pods for the coffee machine in the room. It can be a hassle for us older folks to go out and buy a whole pack when we're only staying for a few days.

The lounge upstairs was like a cozy nest for relaxation. The beds were heavenly and the place was surprisingly clean. It's so cool they have a carbon monoxide detector and a deadbolt lock, you know, just in case the ghosts decide to pay a visit.
Ah, the coffee machine without coffee pods. How generous of them to provide the machine without the actual coffee.

The lounge upstairs was super comfy and cozy, perfect for snuggling up and relaxing after a long day. The beds were all really comfy too, ensuring a good night's sleep. The welcome pack was a nice touch and much appreciated. The location was peaceful and surrounded by beautiful scenery, making it a great escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Plus, being able to sit outside and listen to the birds chirping was delightful.
It would have been nice if there were a few coffee pods provided for the coffee machine. We were only there for a short time and it didn't seem worth buying a whole pack just for a few days.

We went hiking in Chipping Campden and the area was perfect for it. The beds were super comfy and the lounge upstairs was mega cozy. We also loved that the smart TVs had DVD players, so we had epic movie nights. Plus, we could surf the web, so no FOMO for us!
The only bummer was that they had a coffee machine, but no coffee pods. We wanted to stay caffeinated for all the partying, but didn't want to buy a whole pack for just a few days.

Beautiful self-catering cottages and bed and breakfast rooms in the heart of the countryside. It felt like stepping into a picturesque postcard. The holiday home featured a lovely garden and barbecue facilities, perfect for enjoying the outdoors. The location was ideal, with easy access to some of the UK's most breathtaking scenery and award-winning attractions. The accommodations were spacious and comfortable, with fireplaces and washers/dryers for added convenience. The complimentary WiFi allowed me to stay connected and plan my daily activities effortlessly.
Fresh air circulation in the top bedroom was a bit challenging without leaving the bathroom window and door open.

The decoration of the hotel was absolutely charming, with a cozy and traditional feel. I loved the floral wallpaper and the vintage furniture, it made me feel right at home. The general areas of the hotel, especially the lounge upstairs, were so comfortable and snug. It was the perfect place to relax and chat with the other guests. As a senior woman, I found the hotel's accessibility to be excellent. The stairs had sturdy handrails and the rooms were spacious and easy to maneuver around. It was a relief not to have to worry about any obstacles or difficulties during my stay.
The only thing I would have asked for a better vacation for senior people is if the hotel provided coffee pods for the coffee machine. It was a small inconvenience as I was only there for a few days and didn't want to buy a whole pack of pods.

The lack of coffee pods for the coffee machine was disappointing. It would have been nice to have a few available, especially for a shorter stay.
